Despite making a timely appointment, I waited for almost an hour. The tech support team seemed indifferent, chatting and laughing without checking on customers. This has been one of my worst experiences, possibly due to the store reopening with untrained staff. Extremely disappointed with their unprofessional service.

Above all the serving staff is friendly and very attentive, even on super busy Thanksgiving. Many many many meat options but the lamb is a stand-out, seasoned and tender. There were also many side dishes to choose from, great for the non-meat lover. Even had a few Thanksgiving sides as well.

Small and crowded Apple Store. My tip is to come early to beat the crowds later in the day. This mall store is not as swanky as their flagship stores but carries all the basics.

Rude authorotive customer experience. Try to ask a question I was interrupted, "wait till I'm finished," no I am sorry or no excuse me just plain rude I think it's time for me to stop buying Apple products they are very conceited.

I made an appointment, I dropped off my phone, and 2 hours later got it back with the battery replaced. It was efficient, and affordable.

Dwayne (the manager) is outstanding and provides excellent customer service. Despite me being in the store figuring out some issues with my phone for a couple hours, he was very helpful, patient, and hilarious. He even allowed me to stay past closing time to finish setting up my new phone, and also was kind enough to give me a water and snickers bar. Great experience!

There’s a reason their ratings are lower than the other Apple stores in the area. Went in to upgrade my iPhone and ended up going down the street to AT&T instead. The people at Apple were completely incapable of telling me what I would have to pay to trade in my old phone for a new one, something my dad had done at a different Apple store without issue the day before. Went to AT&T and it was seamless, although both stores are supposed to offer the exact same trade in options. Workers were very arrogant and couldn’t respond if you asked anything that would take them off their script.
